Lovefly® Blog - The Five Pillars
Join me February 14th 1000 UK on a Facebook Live which will be streamed through our Facebook group, 'Lovefly Overcome Fear of Flying' Here is a link
This is a newly relaunched group which we have created to provide continuing support for anyone with a fear of flying. Please join me and I will share what I have learned by being a fear of flying coach for over 25 years...
The Five Pillars
Pillar no.1 – Fear of flying is not innate.
Pillar no.2 – Your commercial aviation knowledge has some gaps!
Pillar no. 3 – Fear of flying is not irrational, sort of.
Pillar no.4 – As humans, we learn to laugh at ourselves.
Pillar no.5 – You are disrespecting yourself.
These are the areas that I will be covering in my 30 minute Facebook Live... in more detail than my book. Hope you can join us...
Take care,
Paul & Lovefly Team

Lovefly® Blog - How Fear of Flying Created and Maintained
- In the beginning, you cannot type
- You 'make do' by doing one or two finger typing
- This, you decide, is not particularly efficient or helpful to your life
- So, you decide to do something different...
- Then, you might take some lessons, it is clunky but you are starting to learn
- You get quicker, you must practice, repeat it and give it effort and time
- In time, you can type and it is hard to type the old way - but, you must practice it frequently to keep the learning in place
- It is now a pattern, a habit that is carved into your brain and your muscle memory
